What we do
Protection
Protection in all forms has become something of a specialty for us. A large part of our production consists of machine guards, protective guards, hatches, doors, windows, panes and more for the engineering industry and other industries.
Custom manufacturing
Custom work is our everyday business. We do not have any products of our own. Everything is produced based on our customers’ documentation, such as drawings or sketches. We work with almost all types of companies, including the engineering industry, lighting, food production and more.
Exposure & display
Display materials and signage products for retail environments are frequent assignments for us. Other examples include podiums and covers for museums, exhibitions, events and more. We help your products stand out or stay protected.
How we work
Cutting production
Laser cutting, CNC milling, sawing, drilling and more are carried out using machinery adapted for acrylic plastic, polycarbonate and similar materials. We work with customers’ files or our own files in Illustrator or CAD format.
Bonding, polishing & assembly
Bonding, chemical welding and other types of joining are carried out on the products according to the customer’s requirements. Handles, hinges and other fittings are installed. Polishing is performed using diamond tools or flame polishing.
Hot & cold bending
Hot bending of acrylic plastic and polycarbonate up to a thickness of 15 mm. Hot bending of polycarbonate in thicker materials has become one of our specialties. Cold bending of polycarbonate in thicknesses up to and including 6 mm.
